    Hi Drayton

    You speak about many of the greats of direct marketing and I am starting to get to grips with them myself. I have read Hopkins, am reading a book by Denny Hatch, and Caples and Ogilvy are next on my list. Yet I have never heard you mention Bob Bly. I don’t know that much about him, but many people speak of him as a master of direct marketing. What do you think – is he someone worth studying in your opinion?

    These all seem like features to me Drayton. Rather than the benefits that relate to them. I just wondered as so much emphasis is paced on benefits by copywriters… Or am I missing something ? 🙂
