    Very interesting. However, these “two men” stories are, I assume, fictional. I guess that nowadays, there would have to be an ugly disclaimer in the ad divulging that.

    Also, unless I missed something, I don’t think you tell us who the copywriter who advised presidents actually is?

      He was Bruce Barton, one of the founders of BBDO advertising. (Batten,Barton,Durstine and Osborn). Still one of the worlds top three agencies.
