Hi Drayton
I also very much enjoy your emails but a few months back stopped getting them. I signed up again via your site but still nothing. Could you put me back on the list?
How does a dentist keep a straight face? One day and this is true ! A patient came into my surgery and I diagnosed that the patient had gingivitis to which the patient remarked and said , Ah is that why my vet said that my ginger cat has this condition too , has it got anything to do with it being ginger “gingervitis ” as she has this too . My nurse and I for a brief moment looked at each other with laughter in our eyes !! I took a moment to think about my reply and explained clearly with trying really hard to hold back the laughter in my voice , the reason your cat has gingivitis – note this is the actual spelling – is not because it is ginger in colour trying to hold back the chuckled laughter in my voice again. It is because he has a bleeding gum issue just like yours therefore the vet needed to give him a scale just like I am about to recommend for yourself . Thank goodness for wearing a MASK in the my profession my nurse and I got away with laughter and still keeping a straight half face eeh ha ha ha !!!!
